<p>7)   You should bent your arms towards your chest i.e. at 90 degree angle</p>

<p>This exercise with exercise balls helps you to workout with other ball exercises. This is how it works.</p>
<p>1) First you have to sit on the ball.</p>
<p>2) You should balance your position</p>
<p>3) Then slowly walk towards down</p>
<p>4) You should make sure that your shoulders are resting on it.</p>
<p>5)  You should keep your neck and head straight.</p>
<p>6) Then push your back towards the ball.</p>
<p>7) Then stay back to the normal position.</p>
