<p>1) First you have to sit straight on the ball</p>
<p>2) You have to deal with all your muscles.</p>
<p>3) Lift the dyna-band upward and downward i.e., bend the dyna-band towards the shoulder.</p>
<p>4) Keep on doing this 10-15 times</p>
<p>This exercise helps to improve the stabilization. Stabilisation avoids back pain and pelvic joint instability. These are the two common problems faced during the pregnancy period.</p>
