Slams

The feet are placed parallel and the knees are slightly bent.  The ball is pulled back over the head and is thrown forcefully down on the floor. The ball is taken into the hands on the rebound and the procedure is repeated continuously till the recommended number of repetitions.

Figure of Eights

The ball is held extended over your right shoulder  the ball is brought down in a chopping motion towards your left foot and the motion is repeated in the reverse direction. The knees are made sure that they are bend completely to make sure this is effective.  The procedure is repeated by returning to the starting position.
