Swiss ball workouts include many different sessions and different type of Swiss balls is meant for various types of workouts.  The Swiss Aero Ball is ideal for yoga, stretching and soft and bouncing ball. The Swiss Exercise ball is used for core and resistance training, rehabilitation and for support related exercises. The Swiss Proball is idea for weight related training, extra endurance workouts and other heavy weight related exercises.

These various balls can be used according to the skill set of the person training for various type of exercises.  One begins with the basic exercise and they move upwards making use of better exercise balls and working out stricter regimes in using them.  These exercise balls when used properly gives optimum training and fitness.

These exercises if not followed with a trainer can lead to grave injuries and any pain or discomfort felt during the exercise should be immediately discontinued. Seeking the opinion of the personal physician is also a good idea before  one begins to start the exercise regimes.  Exercise ball or Swiss ball workouts  if followed on a daily pattern helps in a large way in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.  These exercises should be  followed strictly and regularly for any effect to take place.
