Medicinal Ball exercises

Kneel to push ups

The initial position is that of the body in an upright position sitting on your knees.   The ball is held at the chest level and with the torso held erect you fall forward and chest press the medicinal ball to a wall or a friend.  Drop your hands to the floor on releasing the ball and make sure you do push up to complete the exercise. Repeat the steps.  For advanced athletes make sure the ball is thrown back at you and you get back to the initial position whole the ball is being thrown at you.  Repeat the same until the desired effects are gotten.

Single Leg Chops

The athlete stands on the the right leg and the ball is held outstretched to the right. The ball is brought down to your left foot in a chopping motion.  While performing this exercise switch the positions of the foot alternatively to get the desired exercise effect.
