Exercise ball for stomach is a great way to trim your abdomen and stomach of excess fat.  Most of the time people opt for push ups and sits up to work out the muscles of the stomach and the abdomen. It is also possible to strengthen the muscles without talking push ups and sit ups if one can exercise them with exercises balls.  The three ways to strengthen muscles using exercise balls for stomach includes the Pendulum, Ball Transfer and Tuck Roll.

The pendulum is a great way to strengthen stomach using exercise ball. It also helps to work out your hips. Pendulum is done the following way. First hold the ball between the shin and the feet. The workout will be more effective if the grip on the exercise ball is lowered.

Form a “T” by extending your arms. Lift the legs to make it perpendicular on the floor.   The ball should be rotated to the right till the right foot touches the floor using your hip. The procedure is also followed for the left leg.  To complete a set do 10 swings.  The pendulum motion is a great way to work out the muscles of the stomach and the abdomen.  Regular workouts of the pendulum completing as many sets as you can provide satisfactory results.
